Can I make changes to my order?

Please contact our customer service team if you need to make any modifications to existing orders. If your order is already being prepared for shipment or has left the warehouse, we may no longer be able to cancel or modify it. You may refer to our returns and refund policy for more information.

  8. If required, enter the 6-digit code sent by Shop Pay to your phone. 
  9. If you agree to the terms, select the Agree checkbox and then complete your purchase. If you don’t agree to the terms and conditions, then you can’t pay using Shop Pay Installments. 

What happens once I place an order?

Order Confirmation:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase. As soon as we receive your order, we will start our fulfillment process. All orders are processed within 1-2 business days. 

Shipping Confirmation:

We will send you tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided when checking out. If you do not receive tracking information from us within 5 business days of your order, feel free to follow up with us at

How long will it take for my order to be delivered?

Indoor Golf Pros orders are processed within 1-2 business days. We partner with numerous top brands across the US, each with its own lead time for shipping preparation (generally 1-7 days) and estimated delivery. 

Orders are delivered via FedEx, UPS, First Class Priority Mail, or Freight Service depending on product size, delivery destination, and supplier recommendations.

Once an order is placed, we work closely with our supplier partners and with shipment providers to obtain specific delivery timelines and estimates (where possible, you will receive a live tracking link to monitor your shipment status). Our team will be in touch with you at every stage to provide transparent updates on order fulfillment progress.

For all returns, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. A restocking fee will be assessed and deducted from the refund. All returns are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
